Engineered as a dedicated, all-purpose precision scope, the NIKON Monarch X 2.5-10x44 SF Riflescope, Illuminated Mildot Reticle (8413) offers the precision, the features and the ruggedness professionals demand, including a full 80 total MOA internal adjustment travel.

The Monarch X riflescopes incorporate precision ground and polished Eco Glass lenses (made without lead or arsenic). Lenses are coated with multiple layers of Nikon's proprietary Ultra ClearCoat anti-reflective coatings for unmatched sharpness, resolution, and light transmission that borders on the theoretical maximum of 99.5% per lens surface (95% total light transmission).

The Monarch X scope features large diameter, 1/4-MOA windage and elevation adjustment knobs that allow tactical, audible and visual verification of each precision movement. The knobs are ridged, making them easy to operate with gloves, and each has a highly visible index mark, allowing for quick adjustments as well as easy and accurate return to zero.

This model riflescope features a side focus parallax adjustment, which makes it easy to focus parallax from any shooting position. State-of-the-art adjustments are precise, repeatable and stay put until you move them.

Built with an ultra-rugged, 30mm one-piece main body tube constructed of aircraft grade aluminum, the Monarch X scope features etched glass reticle for the ultimate in shock-and-recoil-proof integrity. As with all Nikon riflescopes, the Monarch X is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed for total, guaranteed, waterproof and fogproof performance.

Nikon's unique dual Illuminated Mildot reticle offers 5 intensity levels of green illumination, 5 intensity levels of red illumination and a standard black mildot reticle ("off" position).
