We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. All extra costs due to the buyer's providing a wrong mailing address will be charged to the buyer before the shipment is sent out once again.
Return Policy - You must fill out a RMA form before returning merchandise
• RETURN FOR REFUND: To qualify for a refund, request for return instructions must be made within 3 days of delivery of your original order. Contact support@topqualityscopes.com via e-mail or log in to your account and complete RMA process prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS! All items must be returned in new or unused condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items will be inspected and issued partial refund less the restocking fee if opened or used. Items inspected and found not to qualify for a refund will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling to/from airsoft-guns-rifles-pistols.com is nonrefundable. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to TopQualityScopes.com This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping time, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete.
Warranty Information:
• All items, unless specifically stated, are sold with a 30 day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Contact support@topqualityscopes.com via e-mail or login online and complete RMA process immediately upon discovery of defect. Include your order number and detailed description of issues. Once defect is determined, return instructions will be issued along with an RMA#. Follow instructions to return the item within 1 week of issuance of the RMA#. Items received beyond 2 weeks from the date of RMA issuance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! For your protection, we recommend that you ship your item using a reliable, traceable carrier. TopQualityScopes.com is not responsible for lost packages. An approved RMA# must be issued for every return! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete.
